Centennial Neighborhood

The Centennial neighborhood is located in East Portland. It is bordered by the Hazelwood, Glenfair, Pleasant Valley, and Powellhurst-Gilbert neighborhoods. East Portland neighborhoods like Centennial are located within a wealth of shopping (Division Crossing Shopping Mall), dining, and other amenities.  With both suburban and more urban environments nearby, it is easy to find the right home to fit your lifestyle. Add to that an easy commute along one of the major streets such as Division, and this is a great Portland neighborhood. Centennial borders Gresham. Gresham has a TriMet MAX light rail train line for a commute into Portland. Centennial’s neighborhood vibe is a great mix of suburban and urban areas, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation.

A variety of home styles can be found in this Portland neighborhood.  Because this neighborhood is in far East Portland, home prices can be more affordable than those located close to the city center.  However, with a convenient light rail TriMet MAX line nearby, this neighborhood still offers an easy commute for those who need to work closer to town.
