The Lindley Team at Mortgage Express | 503.517.8641
Grant Park is a vibrant Northeast corner of Portland, holding edges with the iconic Alameda and Beaumont-Wilshire neighborhood. To the east lies Rose City Park while to its south are Hollywood District, Laurelhurst and Sullivan’s Gulch – all extensive areas providing an incredible variety in experiences! Finally resting against Irvington on Grant Park’s western side creates this unique ‘town within a town’.
The neighborhoods are family orientated, with gorgeous streets and homes as well as outstanding public schools. Centered in town is the famous Grant Park which is 20 acres filled with sports fields, an outdoor pool, picnic areas, mature trees, bike baths and the Beverly Cleary Sculpture Garden since many scenes from her books take place in Grant Park. From the park, you can walk to nice restaurants and shops.
Grant Park is a contemporary suburban paradise, offering residents the perfect blend of city convenience and neighborhood charm. With its top-notch public transport links to downtown Portland as well as an array of housing options from classic styles to Craftsman, bungalow and Cape Cod residences; it’s easy to understand why Grant Park has earned itself such high prestige in the local area – despite having some higher price tags attached. Real estate prices have consistently outshone many neighboring suburbs for years resiliently maintaining excellent value levels according to their impressive ‘Grant Park Home Prices.’
